Help Me Grow for
Community Organizations
How It Works
Help Me Grow is a free family support line that promotes the development, learning and social-emotional health of children kindergarten age and under. Join us in helping children grow and thrive! We are the early childhood specialist team of Swindells Resource Center. Together, we are able to provide a continuum of care for families prenatal through adulthood. Our phone number and contact form will get you to either team.
We support you and your team by:
Providing your staff with child development information and resources to relay to parents and caregivers in your programs.
Enrolling parents and caregivers in Help Me Grow to provide direct support.
Ways To Refer
Print the Release of Information form (below), obtain signature of parent and provider, and fax to Help Me Grow at 503-487-3585.
Providers and families can self-refer by calling 833-868-4769.
Providers and families can also fill out our contact us form. *Please note, without a signed ROI we will not be able to update providers on the status of referrals.
