What families are saying about our Autism Alert navigators:
“We had a lot of trouble filling out applications because it wouldn’t let me fill out (on paper), the packet is online. She sent me the packet through the mail twice, because it got lost once. And she was really on it.”
“Because I did have a lot of trouble potty training, so (navigator) sent me a lot of material I needed for that, and not just with the process of getting him diagnosed. With any little concern I’ve had she’s helped a lot.”
“She would always say, if you forget something or if you need help getting prepared for your appointment with questions and all that, you can call me. I think it was nice to have that back up.”
